Terms of Service

1. Scope / Geltungsbereich

These Terms of Service („Terms“) govern the use of the social media publishing services operated by Mustafa Nemat Ali, Schelfstraße 28, 19055 Schwerin, Germany („we“, „us“, „our“), including the automated publishing of video content to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube via their respective APIs.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Social-Media-Publishing-Dienste, die von Mustafa Nemat Ali, Schelfstraße 28, 19055 Schwerin, Deutschland, betrieben werden, einschließlich der automatisierten Veröffentlichung von Videoinhalten auf Drittplattformen wie TikTok, Instagram, Facebook und YouTube über deren jeweilige APIs.

2. Service Description / Leistungsbeschreibung

Our application uses the TikTok Content Posting API and related platform APIs to:

• Upload and publish video content on behalf of authorized users
• Manage video metadata such as captions and privacy settings
• Access basic user profile information required for content publishing

The service is used exclusively for publishing original marketing content created by or on behalf of our organization.

3. User Authorization / Nutzerautorisierung

By connecting your TikTok account to our service via OAuth 2.0, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the app in your TikTok account settings or by contacting us directly.

Durch die Verknüpfung Ihres TikTok-Kontos mit unserem Dienst über OAuth 2.0 autorisieren Sie uns, Inhalte in Ihrem Namen zu veröffentlichen. Sie können diese Autorisierung jederzeit widerrufen, indem Sie die App in Ihren TikTok-Kontoeinstellungen trennen oder uns direkt kontaktieren.

4. Data Handling / Datenverarbeitung

We collect and process only the minimum data required for the publishing service:

• Account information: TikTok user ID and display name (via user.info.basic scope)
• Authentication tokens: OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored securely and used solely for API authentication
• Video content: Videos are uploaded directly to TikTok’s servers via their API; we do not store copies on third-party servers

5. Content Responsibility / Inhaltsverantwortung

All content published through our service is created by or on behalf of Mustafa Nemat Ali. We are solely responsible for ensuring that published content complies with applicable laws and the respective platform’s community guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property / Geistiges Eigentum

All video content published through this service is owned by Mustafa Nemat Ali unless otherwise noted. The use of third-party platform APIs does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability / Haftungsbeschränkung

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok API downtime), changes to third-party API terms or availability, or content moderation actions taken by third-party platforms.

Wir haften nicht für Dienstunterbrechungen durch Drittplattformen, Änderungen der API-Bedingungen oder Verfügbarkeit von Drittanbietern oder Maßnahmen der Inhaltsmoderation durch Drittplattformen.

8. Termination / Kündigung

We may discontinue the service at any time. Users may revoke their authorization at any time as described in Section 3. Upon termination, all stored authentication tokens will be deleted.

9. Changes to These Terms / Änderungen

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the last update is noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law / Anwendbares Recht

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Schwerin, Germany.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Schwerin.
